HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED?
Rest assured we wish to keep you fully updated about your order. As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an email notification confirming all your details. If you are using a Hotmail or Gmail account please check your junk folder for email updates.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We endeavour to send all items via Royal Mail trackable delivery service for peace of mind. The only exception to this is if your order is below the value of £10.00 and you have not selected our Next Day Delivery Service.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to accommodate you should you need to cancel your order. Please note if you have requested personalisation and your order is already in production we will not be able to cancel you order. This also applies if we have already despatched your order so do please contact us as soon as you can.
Can I send my order direct as a gift?
Yes. All items will be presented in a jewellery gift box with a finished bow. We will not include pricing details. Your invoice is sent by email only. However, if you are sending a gift, we recommend you opt to purchase our gift wrap so that you can include a personal message too. We will gift wrap your item in addition to the standard jewellery box your recipient will receive.
How do I return an item?
If your item is broken we will request you send an image and we will refund you immediately. If you are not happy with your item you can return it to us at your own expense for a full refund. The exception to this is earrings (for health and hygiene reasons) and personalised items.
What if I haven't received my item?
In the unlikely event this should happen, we will check you have not made an error with your delivery details. If we are unable to track your item and 10 business days have elapsed we will provide a full refund for you or a replacement item at your request.
