Return Policy
We hope that you love what you buy, but if you aren’t happy with your item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you as soon as possible.
The return period for sale items purchased online is 14 days from the purchase date. To start a return, please contact us at orders@djuna.co.uk.
To return or exchange your item, please ensure the following:
- The item is returned within the return period.
- The item is unworn, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided with the item.
- You have included a returns form with the returns item.
Please note:
- We cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons unless there is a fault
- We cannot offer refunds for personalised pieces unless there is a fault
- Refunds can take three to five days to reach your account

For online returns or exchanges, please print out and complete a return form, then post this to us with the item/s you wish to return or exchange.

Return Postage
The customer is responsible for return postage except in the case if your item is faulty. If your item is faulty you can request a prepaid returns label. We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged items due to lack of care, or lost items, cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
Return Processing
We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been received and processed. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. For exchanges and refunds, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty. Refunds can take three to five days to reach your account.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our jewellery items. Proof of purchase must be provided.
If you receive a faulty item, please email photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase to orders@djuna.co.uk so that we may rectify the issue.
