Returns & Considered Shopping
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 3 days at orders@djuna.co.uk if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. We will arrange to replace your item for you or refund you in full.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
We hope you love what you have ordered, but if not, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
– You must contact us within 14 days of receipt
– Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Please note:
As a small business, many of our pieces are made to order. We kindly ask you to shop mindfully, as “buy to try” habits impact our ability to operate sustainably. If you're unsure about sizing, materials, or anything else - please reach out before ordering. We’re always happy to help.
Sizing Support
We understand how important the right fit is. If your jewellery arrives and the size isn’t quite right, please get in touch - we’re happy to help with adjustments or resizing where possible.
Exceptions
Please note:

We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Personalised pieces (e.g. engraved or custom-initialed) cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Refund Timelines
Refunds (where applicable) may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Form
For online returns or exchanges, please print out and complete a return form, then post this to us with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Return Postage
The customer is responsible for return postage except in the case if your item is faulty. If your item is faulty you can request a prepaid returns label. We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged items due to lack of care, or lost items, cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
Return Processing
We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been received and processed. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. For exchanges and refunds, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty. Refunds can take three to five days to reach your account.
