We use Royal Mail to deliver your order safely and securely. All orders are sent using tracked services, and you’ll receive an email as soon as your gift has been dispatched. Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability, but we’ll always keep you updated and make it easy to follow your parcel’s journey.

Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery when you spend £50+. Standard orders are processed within 2–3 working days, while expedited orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Address Information

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered accurately and in full, in line with the postal requirements of the destination country. We recommend checking your order confirmation email to make sure all details are correct before dispatch.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in parcels being delayed or returned. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, we’re unable to resend it without an additional postage charge.

International Delivery £12.95

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Worldwide Tracked services (tracked and/or signed-for depending on the destination country)
We currently ship to: Australia, Canada and United States. Delivery times vary by destination, however most international orders are delivered within 7–14 working days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 working days depending on customs processing and local postal services. Tracking details will be provided to allow you to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery. International delivery charges are currently charged at £12.95.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
For international orders, UK VAT is not charged at checkout. Most international orders arrive without having to pay additional charges. However, in some cases, local authorities may apply taxes or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside of our control. If applicable, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest assured we wish to keep you fully updated about your order.  As soon as your order has been completed you will receive an email notification confirming all your details. If you are using a Hotmail or Gmail account please check your junk folder for email updates. 

We send all orders via Royal Mail 24 Tracked for a fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery — with no exceptions. This ensures every parcel can be monitored from dispatch to delivery for complete peace of mind.

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to accommodate you should you need to cancel your order.  Please note if you have requested personalisation and your order is already in production we will not be able to cancel you order.  This also applies if we have already despatched your order so do please contact us as soon as you can.

Yes - all items are presented in either a jewellery pouch or a jewellery gift box, depending on the piece. If you are sending a gift, your recipient will receive their item in a jewellery gift box, beautifully finished and ready to open.

If your order is being delivered to you, we may combine items into one box for convenience. However, if the items are gifts and need to be packaged separately, we’re happy to do so - just let us know in the notes section at checkout. We will also ensure no pricing is included, and your invoice will be emailed to you only.

If you'd like to make the gift extra special, you can add our luxury gift wrap, which includes premium wrapping paper, a ribboned gift tag, and your personalised message.

If your item arrives damaged, we will ask you to send us a photo and we will issue an immediate refund. If you are simply not happy with your item, you are welcome to return it to us at your own expense for a full refund.

Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised items are non-refundable. In addition, not all items are eligible for return: any item that is handmade is excluded. All of our bracelets are considered handmade, as they are made to order.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we will first check that there were no errors in the delivery details provided. If we are unable to locate or track your item, and 10 business days have passed since dispatch, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement item - whichever you prefer.

Yes, we currently offer international delivery to selected countries.

We now ship internationally to Australia, Canada, and the United States, using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
