How do I sign up?
To join our Loyalty Program, simply register an account with us. The process is quick and straightforward. As a welcome bonus, you'll receive 200 reward points instantly upon joining!
How do I check my points balance?
To check your points balance, just click the "Rewards" button at the bottom of our web page (shopping bag icon on a mobile). The slider will open and from here you can view and redeem your points. You'll need to be logged in to see them.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your Djuna points do have an expiration period. After 12 months, they will expire, so we recommend using them before the expiration date to ensure you can fully enjoy the benefits of your accumulated points.
How do I collect points for leaving a product review?
Find the product page, scroll to the bottom and click on 'Write a review'. To request your points, send an email to orders@djuna.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. We'll add 200 points worth £20 to your account within 24 hours!
